Shipping

All items ship to street addresses via our couriers
Items are shipped within 1-3 working days (usually same day or next day) upon verification of your payment
If upon dispatch there is found to be a stock shortage, we will inform you asap
As a rule (unless requested otherwise) dispatch will send you what they have and backorder the balance
Should this be the case, your backordered items will be shipped to you freight free, once they are in store
Once your order is shipped we will notify you via email

Returns

Please contact us via email at sales@unitedplastics.com.au before returning any items to us

We will email you a Return Authorization Form - RA Form
Please complete the form and email it to us - Dispatch will be made aware which items are being returned
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

Kindly ensure that returned items are in a neat condition and in the original packaging

It is the customer's responsibility for all shipping charges on returning items unless it was our fault
for example - if we sent you the wrong items
Goods wrongly sent by us must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging
We will send your replacement goods to you freight free if it was us that made the msitake

The customer is responsible for proper packaging of RA returns
All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inadequately packaged
Should returned items are determined to be physically damaged they
will be returned to the customer as is at the customer's expense
