When will I get my order?
Stock items will ship within 24-48 hours from the time we confirm your payment
After shipping, allow 2-4 days to receive your order (not including Saturday and Sunday)
Custom printed and made to order production times vary from 2-4 weeks depending on the product

Do you ship C.O.D. (Cash on delivery)?
No, we curremtly do not offer COD shipments

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order we will email you a Tax Invoice which has a unique Tax Invoice number
When your order is shipped we send you another email with the shipping details
You may contact our Customer Support if you believe there has been some delay in receiving your order
Please be sure to include your Tax Invoice number when you contact us
If there is a concern (i.e. we need more information from you), we will contact you

Is my item in stock?
With so many products, there may occasionally be an instance where an item is out of stock
If so, we will contact you asap to advise you of a replacement item, or the delay period

What are your shipping costs?
Freight is approximately $1.00 per kilogram almost anywhere in Australia : Minimum charge is $10.00
Freight charges for larger orders and country deliveries will be advise at the time of ordering

What are your minimums?
There is no minimum order however some items are packed in cartons of 1000, 3000, 5000 pieces
For example : PS4040 Press Seal Bags are packed 5000 per carton - We do not break cartons

What is your return policy?
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge
All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods
Claims for faulty stock must be reported to United Plastics within seven days of the receipt of the order

Any discrepancy (pricing, quantity, taxes etc) should be reported to us immediately
This will ensure prompt corrective action on our part
A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items

All items returned are subject to individual inspection
Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed
Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused
Returns must be in original package quantities - Part packages will not be accepted for return

All prices shown on this website exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) for deliveries within Australia.

How much time does it take for printed or made to order items to arrive?
Made to Order items custom made as per your specifications take approximately
10-14 days production time plus shipping time from when your order is received

In the case of printed items from 20-25 days from when we have received your approval of the artwork
Please allow the appropriate amount of time when placing an order for a printed item


Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
The larger the quantity the better the price - We will certainly negotiate a great price for you

Do you sell to wholesalers?
We import quality controlled products from China, Thailand and Indonesia
Thus we can supply wholesalers with unbeatable prices on all our items
We will be very happy to supply you with a quote
